Bele Chere
Asheville's most notable festival is Bele Chere, the largest free street festival in the Southeast. This three-day festival is held annually at the end of July and draws around 300,000 visitors. You will find arts & crafts, food, entertainment, as well as plenty of fun things for children to do.

Lake Edan Arts Festival
The Lake Edan Arts Festival (LEAF) is another Asheville area festival worth mentioning, occurring semi-annually since 1995. Cashiers, Highlands, and Sylva
