About our conservation easement property |
|||||
|
The conservation easement is set out in a legal document that has been recorded in the county's register of deeds office. The easement is perpetually binding and clearly states the specific restrictions that prohibit development within The Preserve, as well as the reserved rights that permit recreations. Sixteen five-acre estate lots have been created on less than one-third of the total 281 acre property. The remaining acreage or Preserve area, consists of approximately 200 acres placed under a conservation easement. Placement of this easement permanently restricts the Preserve from development, giving owners the assurance of privacy and protection from encroachment, now and for generations to come. This upscale gated community is one of a kind in our area. Close this window to go back to On Site Activites |
