You will stay at our Mountain Laurel Cottage, a two bedroom gem that provides a serene setting for you and your family. You can tour our estate lots, cottages, and property amenities with our sales manager.

During your stay, you'll be given free reign to explore the property and it's many amenities on your own. You can take a driving tour of the area and experience the multitude of options for recreation, shopping, and dining available within minutes of The Preserve. When finished with your touring, return to the Mountain Laurel Cottage to relax with the gently quieting sounds of nature.

The Screened-in Porch Feels Like Mother Nature’s Living Room

The Mountain Laurel Cottage is a two bedroom, two bathroom cottage constructed on Lot 9 of The Preserve. There is a galley kitchen, screened in living area, and a porch with a full-size gas grill. The cottage has southwest facing views and you can easily see Whiteside and Chimney Top Mountains in the distance.

The screened-in area feels like Mother Nature's living room. Unimpeded by walls, the mountain breeze refreshes you while bird songs and rustling leaves appeal to your auditory senses. Be prepared for a brilliant sunset as you discuss the day's activities.
